Springfield Hub involves the development of a new commercial and retail precinct to round out the existing neighbourhood centre on Springfield Parkway at Springfield. The 4,609m2 site is now home to new drive through Hungry Jack’s restaurant and a soon-to-be constructed retail warehouse and office tenancy.

- Strategic guidance on project and DA strategy to assist with securing long-term tenants and project financing
- Preparing, lodging and managing to approval an Area Development Plan under the Springfield Structure Plan
- Preparing, lodging and managing to decision all required signage applications.
