- Free pre-lodgement meetings until 30 June 2021⁣
- Free lodgement for any application required to modify an existing business’ operations due to COVID-19⁣
- New fast track service, called Express Development Application⁣
- 50% discount on lodgement fees (all applications lodged via Express DA between 27 October 2020 - 27 October 2021)⁣

Earlier this week Brisbane City Council released “Major amendment package I” on public notification. This seeks to downzone a portion of land north of Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill, from the Low-medium density residential to the Character precinct of the Character residential zone. ⁣
⁣
Coupled with the application of the Traditional building character overlay, ➡️ this requires all pre-1946 dwellings to be retained and would remove all support for Multiple dwellings being developed in the affected area.⁣
⁣
