The BP North Beaches project involved the construction of a new, architecturally designed BP Service station, 24 hour fast food drive through and independent Car wash at the highly visible intersection of Eimeo and Mackay-Bucasia Roads, Rural View.
Services Provided
- Due diligence advice to assist Wessel Petroleum to make well-informed pre-purchase decision
- Strategic guidance on project and DA strategy prior to, during and post application process to help secure anchor tenants
- Preparing, lodging and managing the development application, culminating in a 5 month development approval
- Preparing, lodging and managing change applications as a consequence of detailed design
- Preparing, lodging and managing local law signage application.
