Date: 2019 – 2020
The project involved the creation of a new 59 space, ancillary car park on residential zoned land adjoining the existing Beaudesert Fair shopping centre. The car park supported the internal refurbishment of the existing shopping centre by relieving existing car parking pressures and providing improved pedestrian connections within and outside the site.
Services Provided
- Strategic guidance on project and DA strategy
- Preparing key planning arguments and relevant matters to support the proposed ‘out of centre’ development
- Preparing, lodging and managing an impact assessable development application to approval in under 3 months without Council or DSDMIP requesting any further information
- Preparing, lodging and managing a Change application (minor) to reflect refinements made during the detailed design process.
