Complementing the Rural View Service Centre, this project will see a new drive through fast food premises, gym and low impact industrial use being delivered on the balance portion of the site fronting Arana Drive. The project will support and service the existing surrounding residential, commercial and industrial catchment as well as, passing traffic on Mackay-Bucasia Road.

- Preparing, lodging and managing the development application, culminating in a 3 month development approval.
