Services Provided
- Successfully negotiating with Council to obtain an amended Infrastructure Charges Notice (post-Court approval) which corrected Council’s calculation methodology and reduced the amount payable by our client
- Coordinating the preparation and execution of all legal documentation
- Preparing, lodging and managing the plan sealing process to achieve titles as efficiently as possible.
