- Strategic guidance on the project and DA strategy to ensure the application could be fast-tracked through Logan City Council’s RiskSmart
- Project managing the development application process
- Preparing, assessing and lodging the development application as an accredited RiskSmart consultant, culminating in a 3 day development approval
- Preparing and lodging change application as an accredited RiskSmart consultant to facilitate overhead electricity and save the client >$25,000 in project costs.
