The Beenleigh Village Mall Redevelopment project involves a $7 million redevelopment of the ageing Beenleigh Village Mall. In conjunction with the recently constructed Hungry Jack’s drive through restaurant, the redevelopment delivers a considered mix of health care services, food and drink outlets, office and specialty shops across four (4) precincts.
Services Provided
- Strategic guidance on project and DA strategy to ensure the Change request facilitating the redevelopment, could be fast-tracked through Logan City Council’s RiskSmart development approval process and to help secure anchor tenants and project financing
- Preparing, assessing and lodging a Change application (other) as an accredited RiskSmart consultant, culminating in a 4-day development approval
- Preparing, assessing and lodging a RiskSmart application for all signage.
