Woof N Wags engaged HOPD to assist them with establishing a doggy daycare in a mixed use centre, close to the centre of Springwood. Despite this growing industry, planning schemes across the State do not currently recognise such uses in urban areas. Accordingly, HOPD worked with the client and larger project team to demonstrate the need and benefits of such a use in strategic infill locations like the subject site.

- Preparing key planning arguments and relevant matters to support inconsistent use in the Mixed use zone;
- Preparing, lodging and managing the development application to approval.
