Together with TLPC & TTM, HOPD assisted Reds Group with converting the previously approved retail warehouse and office at Springfield Hub into a 1,100m2 gym which is permitted to operate 24 hours / 7 days a week, without any additional onsite car parking.
HOPD also subsequently assisted the tenant, Viva Leisure, with obtaining all required signage applications.

- Preparing key planning arguments and relevant matters to support a performance outcome for onsite car parking
- Preparing, lodging and managing to approval an Area Development Plan under the Springfield Structure Plan
