As a Brisbane & Logan City Council RiskSMART accredited consultant, HOPD regularly works with architects, building designers and individuals to obtain development approvals for new Dwelling houses which do not strictly comply with the relevant local government’s Dwelling house code or are affected by an overlay.
Examples include: a new Dwelling house which does not comply with the prescribed front setback or site cover provisions, a new Dwelling house in a Flood overlay, a new Dwelling house in Brisbane City Council’s Traditional building character overlay.

- Preparing, assessing and lodging development applications as an accredited RiskSMART consultant.
