HOPD has been working closely with Hildon Investments since they first purchased land within Waraba helping them navigate the ever changing planning framework regulating the area.  Hildon’s development entails the construction of approximately 60 Multiple dwellings, 84 residential lots and a childcare centre on the eastern edge of Waraba.

Services Provided

  • Pre-purchase advice
  • Strategic guidance on project and DA strategy with key consideration to anticipated State TLPI, Structure Plan and PDA declarations
  • Project co-ordination services; briefing, engaging and instructing specialists consultants
  • Preparing, lodging and managing various development applications to protect clients’ development rights
  • Preparing, lodging and managing childcare centre development application (ongoing)
  • Negotiating with Council, the State Government, UnityWater and broader landowner group regarding infrastructure delivery requirements (ongoing)
