Evergreen on Denham is a luxury Hamptons-style development comprising 35 x 4 bedroom townhouses in the heart of Bracken Ridge. HOPD assisted the client and builder through the detailed design and construction process with ongoing advice to avoid the need for any changes to the site’s court approval. HOPD was also responsible for ultimately arranging for the new Survey Plan to be sealed by Council and managing complex negotiations with the Building and Construction Management Team.
Services Provided
- Strategic guidance on project and DA strategy during detailed design and construction to avoid the need for any changes to the site’s Planning & Environment Consent Order; and
- Preparing, lodging and managing the plan sealing process to achieve titles as efficiently as possible.
