Hickey Oatley is setting up a second home on the Gold Coast

Hickey Oatley Gold Coast

After four (4) years, Hickey Oatley has decided to take the plunge and open the doors of a new office on the Gold Coast.  With the acceptance of working remotely, the city is seeing a surge like never before with high levels of migration from inter and intra-state home buyers looking for a see change.  This has led to historically low stock levels and some of the highest median house and unit prices ever recorded on the Coast.

With a focus on the southern end of the Gold Coast, Hickey Oatley looks forward to continuing to help its clients respond to the current demand and investment forecast for the next 10 years in the lead up to the Brisbane 2032 Olympics whilst navigating, the current slate of changes proposed to the Gold Coast City Plan.

Some of our most recent experiences include:

  • Luxury triplex at North Palm Beach overlooking Tallebudgera Creek
  • A duplex which pushed all the performance outcomes on Burleigh ridge
  • A double drive through for Hungry Jack’s at Labrador; and
  • A rural residential subdivision in Tallebudgera Valley.

If you or someone you know needs assistance planning their next development, please do not hesitate to give us a call today on 0401 349 601 to arrange a coffee.
